Activity
Materials:
- Balls made with soft materials
- Big plastic buckets
Explanation:
Give one ball per person and make exercises with them like closing and opening the hands, lift the arms up.
With the plastic recipients you can tell the elder to try to throw the balls inside the balls like basketball but the bucket is on the ground and the balls are small
Along with the activity you can play music, is very good for motivate them
Objectives:
- Facilitate the mobility and movement of their hands and arms
- Bring the sports to them since they cannot go to the sports
Evaluation:
They follow your movements and and the part that is more funny to them is the basket part so dedicate more time to that
The sports with the arms, you have to be careful to not make it long and boring but yes quick and productive so they don’t get bored and tired
