Name: Keep the balance
- Small ball
Give a book in the A4 size or bigger and make them hold it with the two hands on the smaller sides. Put the ball above the book and make them move the hands side to side in order to keep the balance and make the ball to not fall to the ground.
- Improve the hand movement and control
This activity improves their hands control, so the first times are notably worse in comparison with the latest ones, being able to appreciate the usefulness of the exercise. Make challenges between you and them or even between them, count the seconds that they can keep the ball on top of the book, make it each time more difficult to keep their attention. You can also play some music during the activity.
